Orders may be taken over the telephone and collected or posted to the recipient. 

Salon Etiquette

• Turn off mobile phones
• Advance reservations are strongly recommended
• 24 hours notice is required if you can’t make your appointment
• Call if running late

If you are unsure of the treatment to select, we will assist you decide on the treatment which is most beneficial to you.  We are able to recommend many combinations of treatments to address specific concerns.

Specific Health Considerations or allergies

Please advise us of any specific health considerations such as allergies, ailments or pregnancy.  This will enable us to customise the treatment to suit you best.

Courtesy Calls

We endeavour to send an SMS reminder before appointments but cannot guarantee a courtesy call.

Parking

Toorak Road has 1 hour and 2 hour parking areas without meters but beware of Clearway times from 7.30am to 9.30am on South side and 4.30pm to 6.30pm on salon side.  Free parking is also available 100 metres approximately into the side streets for 2 hours.  There is paid covered car parking in MacFarlan Street, opposite the salon; Look for the Blue P with the flashing red arrows as you enter the street; all day cost is $8 or pay by the hour.  An open car park is opposite the covered area to the right on MacFarlan Street and requires a ticket.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Appointment Etiquette

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, but in consideration of other clients, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice.  Cancellation or No-Show within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment/s booked.  Packages and gift certificates will be considered redeemed.
