Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a non invasive, gentle process which mechanically exfoliates the surface of the skin removing the build up of dead and damaged cells contained in the Stratum Corneum. In doing this it also stimulates the production of collagen, elastin and fibroblast within the dermis. It also improves blood and lymph flow. The importance of this stimulation to the dermis cannot be over-emphasised. The strong vacuuming action of the diamond microdermabrasion is essential to promote the important regeneration.

What is Photo-Dynamic LED Therapy?

It is a non-invasive skin rejuvenation system using Light Emitting Diodes of varying wavelengths (colours) to treat a range of conditions such as rosacea, acne, fine lines & wrinkles and to promote skin repair. It is painless, non-toxic & with no side effects. It firms, lifts & plumps ageing skin, fades age spots, freckles & minor scarring.

Used in beauty salons and spas in Europe for many years the “Rejuvenation treatment” triggers the fibroblasts in the cells in the dermal layers to produce collagen and elastin which result in a more healthy connective tissue and great glowing complexion. The “Acne treatment” kills the surface bacteria and expedites healing.

Face & Body Lifting Machine “Lifting C”

Treats following concerns:

The facial zone is stimulated by passing a micro-current (of very low voltage) whose parameters are similar to the physiological nerve impulses with a pair of electrodes.

The Lifting C facial may be done manually by the therapist, focusing on a particular area,
or automatically treating a larger area simultaneously. The therapist works on the area to be treated using a pair of electrodes together with a special conductive gel and performs specific manipulations. The micro-currents stimulate the muscles and tightens the skin. The treatment also assists in lymphatic drainage. The Lifting C treatment includes the infusion of a lifting serum.

After each session you can expect some improvement in your skins texture and appearance. As sessions increase, you should expect to see dramatic results.

An “in salon” treatment is available using the longer needles for more dramatic results. The homecare device is included with the ‘in salon” treatment cost for follow up at home. The “in salon” treatment includes a topical anaesthetic to remove the pain and time allowed is 90 minutes. $519

Oxygen Facial Treatments

The Intraceuticals Infusions may be done as an individual treatment or as a course of six applications over six weeks to achieve optimum results. The results are accumulative and continue to improve with repeated applications.  Skincare products prolong the treatment results and ensure continued skin hydration.
